Where no other terms or conditions apply to promotions, these general terms and conditions are applied.

• Promotional Discounts
  Discounts offered by YourStory Video are valid only during the specified promotional period. Promotions may include percentage discounts or fixed-price reductions on selected videography services. The discount will be applied at the time of booking, but the date of the filming may be outside of the promotional period unless otherwise stated.
• Eligibility
  Offers apply only to new bookings made within the promotional period and are subject to availability. Discounts cannot be applied to bookings made prior to the promotional period.
• Service Coverage
  Promotional rates apply to the services explicitly mentioned in the promotion. Any additional services or upgrades not covered by the promotion will be charged at standard rates.
• Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
  Promotional discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit. If a booking is cancelled, the discount cannot be transferred to a new booking.
• Limitations and Restrictions
  Only one promotional discount may be applied per booking. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Booking Confirmation
  To secure the promotional rate, the client must confirm their booking with a signed contract and any required deposit within the promotional period.
• Modifications
  YourStory Video reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will retain their promotional rate.
• Validity
  Promotions are only valid for the dates specified by YourStory Video. YourStory Video may extend or terminate a promotional period at its discretion.
• Refunds
  Deposits made are non-refundable, if you wish to move your wedding date, YourStory will do their best to accommodate your new date but we cannot guarantee we will be available on your new date. In this case we will cancel the contract but no refund will be given on your deposit.
• General Conditions
  By participating in the promotion, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any specific terms outlined in the promotional material

In addition to the general terms and conditions:

• Promotion Period
  The Black Friday Offer was available from 11th November 2024 to 30th November 2024 and has since been extended to 31st December 2024, or while availability lasts.
• Discount Details
  During the promotional period, clients receive £250 off one of the following videography packages:
  • Highlights Package: £500 (after discount)
  • Feature Package: £750 (after discount)
• Additional Discount with OliveJoy Photography
  Clients who have secured OliveJoy Photography as their wedding photographer for the same event are eligible for an additional £100 discount on either package. Proof of booking with OliveJoy Photography is required to qualify for this additional discount.
• Booking Requirements
  To secure the promotional rate, the client must:
  • Complete and sign all required paperwork by 31st December 2024.
  • Pay an initial non-refundable deposit of £250 for either package by the end of the promotional period. Balance to be paid before the wedding date (see individual contract). The discount on price comes out of the balance to be paid.
• Booking Flexibility
  The wedding date can be scheduled for any time before 31st December 2027, provided the deposit is paid during the promotion period.
• Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
  The Black Friday Offer discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit. If a booking is cancelled, the discount may not be transferred to a new booking. If a booking is cancelled, the deposit cannot be refunded.
• Limitations and Restrictions
  Only one Black Friday Offer discount may be applied per booking. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
• Modification Rights
  YourStory Video reserves the right to modify or cancel the Black Friday Offer at any time without prior notice. Confirmed bookings, however, will retain the promotional rate.
